Can I bring a plus one?

To keep our day intimate, we’re limiting our guest list to those named on the invitation. If your invitation says “and guest,” we’d love for you to bring someone special! If not, we hope you’ll still join us solo. Your love and support mean so much to us!

Is there a dress code?

We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal/cocktail attire. Think elegant but comfortable — we want everyone to look and feel their best as we celebrate together! Gentlemen can opt for a suit or dress shirt and chinos, and ladies might choose a dress or a chic ensemble that fits the occasion. Our goal is for everyone to feel polished yet at ease while enjoying a beautiful evening of love, laughter, and dancing.

Are my kids invited?

While we adore the little one in our lives, we have opted for an adults-only celebration to ensure that everyone can relax and enjoy the festivities. We hope you can use this as a fun night out!

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

The ceremony will be held beside the lake at Nantes Wine Farm, surrounded by the natural beauty of the vineyards. Directions to the ceremony site will be provided upon your arrival at the venue.

The reception will follow in the main manor on the second floor, where the evening festivities will continue. Clear signage will be provided throughout the venue to help guide you.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony or post on social media?

Our ceremony will be an unplugged moment, a chance for everyone to be fully present as we exchange our vows. Don’t worry, we’ll have a professional photographer capturing every special moment, and we can’t wait to share those memories with you afterward! You’re more than welcome to take and post photos during the reception using #rwilliamswedding.
